1. VALIDATION OF SPECIAL OFFERS & ADVERTISED PRICES OR DISCOUNTS
1.1 Discounts or offers will only be honoured upon presentation of the relevant advertisement upon arrival for the appointment and prior to the consultation. Any online offers may be validated through a dated screenshot or dated printout.
1.2 Eligibility for any extended terms, whether advertised or otherwise represented, are subject to an internal and external approval process. FACELAB reserves the right to refuse finance or extended payment terms to any patient.
1.3 Any single offers may not be combined with any other offer.
1.4 Any offer may be cancelled or changed without notice, and it is the client’s responsibility to enquire about the validity of the offer at the time of making the relevant appointment.
1.5 All offers, treatments and contact with users, clients and patients are subject to FACELAB’s Terms and Conditions of Trade, which are available upon request, and which may change from time to time.
1.6 Price Matching: FACELAB will match any competitors price provided that:
1.6.1 evidence of the competitors price is presented by the patient/client and validated by FACELAB prior to the commencement of the treatment for which the price matching is claimed; and,
1.6.2 the competitors price is for the same treatment performed by similarly experienced clinicians who use the same techniques, materials, equipment and medicines, and who work to the same quality standards.
1.7 Unless otherwise stated, any reference to a “Session” in any advertising is defined as a time period of a maximum of 25 minutes for a single Treatment Area below the neck and a maximum of 15 minutes for a single Treatment Area of the neck and above. A single Treatment Area is specifically defined as one of the following groups: upper thighs; hips or love handles; buttocks; lower abdomen; upper abdomen; lower chest; decolletage; upper arms; neck and chin; lips, cheeks and cheekbones; eyes and forehead. A Treatment Area that is not specifically defined herewith, or which may be unclear, is defined as an area of 10cmx10cm.
2. PAYMENTS & EXTENDED PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 All payments are due in full on the day of treatment, or the day specified on an approved payment plans or extended terms, and within the time frame specified therein.
2.2 It is the responsibility of the client or patient to ensure all payments to FACELAB are cleared. Any payments that are late will be subject to the Payment Defaults clause.
2.3 Payment Defaults:
When a payment is not made on the specified date, or within the specified or advertised time-frame,
2.3.1 all discounts applied to the account will be reversed; and,
2.3.2 the client and/or patient will be liable for all outstanding amounts after the reversal of the discounts; and,
2.3.3 where the account is in credit, the credit may not be claimed as a refund, but may be used to pay for products and or services at the standard or full retail cost, and only at the branch that holds the credit. Credits may not be transferred between branches.
3.1 All treatments or services specified within a package or bundle must be completed within the specified time-frame, or within 18 months from commencement of the package, whichever is the sooner, after which time the balance of treatments will be forfeited by the patient without any entitlement to a credit or refund;
3.2 All bundles or packages may be discontinued at any time by the patient, subject to the Discontinuation Clause;
When a patient elects to discontinue a special offer, bundle deal or a treatment package,
3.3.1 all discounts applied to the account in respect of both the package and the individual treatments within the package will be reversed; and,
3.3.2 the costs of all treatments received by the patient will be recalculated at the full standard or retail rate;
3.3.2 the client and/or patient will be liable for all outstanding amounts after the reversal of the discounts and recalculation of the individual treatments; and,
3.3.3 where the account is in credit, the credit may not be claimed as a refund, but may be used to pay for products and or services at the standard or full retail cost, and only at the branch that holds the credit. Credits may not be transferred between branches.
3.3.4 The treatments or treatment areas specified within a package may not be suitable for all patients. Where possible, FACELAB will replace any treatment that it deems not suitable for the patient with other required treatment that the patient requests, and which is of a similar value.

We acknowledge that an extension of our commitment includes providing a service that is accessible and affordable to more people. We are also committed to maintaining our high standards without compromise and to providing our patients with predictable results and a streamlined process. Nonetheless, we strive to remain competitive when it comes to the cost of the treatments that we offer at our clinics, and to be leaders in terms of value. To that effect, if we come across a cheaper fee from similarly experienced clinicians who use the same techniques, materials, equipment and medicines, and who work to the same quality standards, we will not only match or beat that price, but will revisit our pricing structure entirely.
At FACELAB we know that we offer the most competitive price for the type of treatment that we offer. We know this because with multiple facilities across Australia, we can pass the savings from bulk purchases to our patients.

An assessment by one of our clinicians is required before any recommendations can be provided. Facelab reserves the right to refuse any treatment that is deemed not suitable for a patient.
